Kristi Skutvik is an HR extraordinaire with expertise building the People Organization within startups, technology, healthcare and biotech. Kristi previously founded Skutvik Consulting to focus on helping companies see the possibilities of HR as a catalyst for sustainable growth. Kristi’s passion is identifying the moments that matter in the employment journey from hire to retire and designing processes, policies and programs to improve the employee experience and build incredible leaders.
Kristi received her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Masters in Human Resources Management from Chapman University.
Natalie Duke is an experienced HR professional with strong communication skills and a knack for details. She has spent the last several years as a HR Business Partner with a specialization in creating amazing employee experiences. She has played a key role in various HR system implementations with an eye for process improvement.
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Cal State Long Beach. In her free time she loves spending time with her two daughters and husband.
